For half a century, the North Toronto Players' high-calibre musical theatre productions have appealed to people of all ages. In the last two decades NTP has focused on interpreting and re-imagining Gilbert and Sullivan operettas for contemporary audiences. Recent productions have placed the Mikado in the wild west, Iolanthe in Ottawa, and the HMS Pinafore in outer space.

As well as having a reputation for innovative, fun-filled productions, NTP is an inclusive and supportive community. To join, all you need is a love of musical theatre and the time to devote to it.

Message from the North Toronto Players

Despite a successful premiere for 'The Millionaire', the sudden decision by the City of Toronto to close the large majority of their venues, including the Papermill Theatre, has left us without a theatre in which to perform.  Sadly, all remaining performances currently scheduled for March 14, 15, 20, 21 and 22 are cancelled.  Arrangements are underway to promptly refund ticket purchases.

We will provide updates as they become available, including plans for new event dates for 'The Millionaire' once this COVID-19 crisis has abated.  Thank-you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
